On November 10, 2014, Fluidigm launched its new brand identity with the debut of a completely new website at fluidigm.com. Its look was bold, its tone was engaging and its aim was to inspire customers, partners, employees and anyone else who visited. Going beyond the standard brochure site expected and established in the life science and biotech industry, the new fluidigm.com included original content, including spotlight articles and videos, dynamic interlinked product pages, sitewide search and a comprehensive support section designed to integrate customer service and experience in a way unprecedented in the field.

I designed the new Fluidigm voice, created the content types and formats, and wrote all the original webpage content, including everything from product pages and launch articles to form instructions and custom error messages. Enclosed here is a selection of the copy.
