In the spring of 2009, BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP launched Notions, a seasonal newsletter for the company’s luxury customers. The idea to do a newsletter came from my research into building a stronger emotional connection with consumers. I devised the concept, strategy, content and schedule, and worked closely with the senior web designer to create the template. The newsletter is sent out via email and lives online at bcbgmaxazriagroup.com. To date, Bon Chic NOTIONS remains one of the company’s most consistently effective email strategies.
